      Pros- alot of hours on the ISO side of operations. Pros- Good friendly dispatch on ISO side of operations

      Cons

      Alot of work available. Sometimes too much and hours are out of hand. Sometimes seems like all i do is work, sleep, and work. They are very picky about qualifications.

      Safety department up your butt, looking over your shoulder. This company has bought and swallowed up multiple companies like; Superior Carriers, Miller Transport and Coal City in recent years, creating a tribal/ toxic environment.
