Pros

The people at Henkel are one of the best parts of the job. Everyone wants to see you succeed with everything you work on, and it makes it very easy to talk to employees from different job functions. You really do feel like you are making an impact on the business with every project you’re working on.

Cons

There really isn’t many cons that come to mind. While at times it can be a little hectic juggling multiple projects, people are there to support you and make sure you are not over capacity.

Management wants to push for 12 hour, 24 / 7 operations with minimum amount of employees. Not enough training for new employees before being placed on a job alone.
