The company culture and benefits focus on giving employees a safe, fun, friendly place to earn a good living. The training is excellent, so no matter your skillset if you bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, it's a place you can build a future. The overall compensation package, including benefits, is good and largely dependent on your ability to move through the training program.

Entry level wages can make it difficult to hire and retain quality employees.

I have worked for the company for over 7 years and I must say that this is the best company that I have ever worked for. They truly care about their employees as well as their customers. This company has grown from 64 locations to over 200 in the past 7 years. What that means is opportunity for people. Not only have I grown with the company, I have watched and taken part in many others growing. There are great carrier opportunities with this company to grow and learn. For a hungry and aggressive person, the sky truly is the limit.

Cons

There is no such thing as the perfect job in my opinion. If you do not enjoy the outdoors, this may not be the right job fit for you. We work inside but just barley.
