Product is great and top quality costume jewelry and handbags for a decent price. Lot of opportunity to make extra money with company incentives

Cons

associates lack professionalism. they are caddy, and just plain rude to customers. management is somewhat disorganized and because of such a small team its a free for all when it comes to rules, personal morals and values.
