If you like a fast-paced environment, interacting with lots of cool customers and enjoy really great merchandise, this may be the place to work. It is a high-end department store located on fifth avenue.

At times it can be extremely busy.

Great people but crazy work environment. Upper management changes mind constantly but as a growing business this is to be expected. Great looking merchandise and beautiful stores.

Cons

No clear direction, inexperienced people in senior roles. Merchandise quality poor and over priced. Direction changes constantly and becomes confusing to follow. Too much discounting.
