Pros

It's different working at Henricksen, different in a good way. They want to make sure we have the tools and support to succeed at every opportunity; from on-going training to quarterly calls to review the balance between workload and living, making sure I'm not overwhelmed. It's a very different environment to what I was used to. It's also very much appreciated.

Cons

They don't have my favorite ice cream.
