      Great projects with wonderful customers who appreciate their new spaces; design team able to work with multiple manufacturers to meet customer's needs; employees able to manage their own schedules

      Annual salary increases not consistently given at the same time each year; direct leaders don't track the work load or advise their reports; processes changed frequently but not followed by everyone
