      Management, CEO, Unorganized, Unstructured. Everything must stay the same, no changes allowed. No 401K or 403B plan available to employees.

      Miscommunication from higher level of management to teachers and other staff; last minute changes in classroom schedule and staffing; hard to schedule days off due to lack of staff and substitutes.
