Toxic peers, who barely want to help

In my experience, this office had serious professional and safety concerns. Staff were undertrained, often unprofessional, and repeatedly ignored HIPAA rules. Complaints were avoided, schedules were manipulated, and employees prioritized friends and family over emergencies. Staff sometimes spoke in their primary language when only English speakers were present, despite reminders. Policies, including Henry Ford Health rules on outside products, were selectively enforced. I am one of several women of color who left within six months, while staff with personal ties to management remained protected. Even after a death in front of the building and a construction worker injury, operations continued as usual. This review reflects my experience and perspective. I strongly encourage caution for anyone considering this location.
