      Small hospital Rural area Located in a safe, secure place

      Cons

      All units are short staffed Teaching hospital- many things at night are handled by baby doctors Communication at night with doctors is very difficult Overgrid on day and nights Med surg takes 11 patients at night A LOT of care gets delayed- every 4 hour floating for RNS NO IV resource on nights SWAT team is lazy & will try to not accept patients to ICU Horrible management ON STRIKE SINCE SEPTEMBER 1st
