      Pros

      I love my co-workers. HFH seems to keep up with wages in the area. Partial Tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      I don't believe that a 3% raise every 1-2 years is enough to keep up with inflation. We don't receive any bonuses or compensation. We do not receive anything from the company around Rad Tech week or holidays.

      Pros

      It’s been 6 years since I worked there but this was my favorite job. The staffing was almost always adequate. I can count on one hand the number of times I missed my lunch over the course of 4 years working there.

      Cons

      The pay was lower than what I could have made elsewhere. Some lazy employees and those that are just there to socialize. No gym on site. My unit's break room was very small and there was no good place for employees to relax on their break.
