Patient care is terrible, People in management are not qualified, only given these jobs because they have been there so long. There is no commitment to improve due these long standing management jobs. When I was there they hired a new outside director finally after many months because no one there wanted to advance to this position , He left after a few months due to this non-change attitude, laziness of making improvements. There is no possibility of advancement here on your experiences or education, only depends on how long you have worked there and who you know. No work/ life balance here. It's embarrassing to see the non talented people who work there, and bad advice they give patients in the rehab setting. There is no commitment to advanced education.
