      Pros

      Amazing people work at this company! Every team in every department, there are wonderful people who are smart and collaborative.

      Cons

      Leadership is very disconnected and not aware of pay discrepancies across the region. Difficult to have conversations with 3-5 strategy in play, seems that there is a lot of short term memory in upper levels of management.

      Pros

      Very high pay for a job that does not require much experience.

      Cons

      The union contract allows the employer to schedule you but cancel your hours everyday, so full time work means your scheduled 40 hours, not that you will work and be paid for 40 hours. Union cost is 2.5 times your hourly rate - whether you work or no.
