Cons
- Some shifts tend to have long hours and workload tends to be high, yet variable, and there always seems to be some sort of short staffing (as usual with the medical industry). - Tele sitter position requires consistent rational thinking, swift communication with the basic understanding of medical jargons, and solid observation skills applied over the whole shift. - The Tele sitter position is not meant for those that get jittery focusing on a screen for long periods of time, and is definitely more of a mental job over a physical one.
