-Clean -Structured -Get your own Doctor -Good Health Care

Cons

-No way to move up based on merit, they only make lead MA's based on Seniority regardless of how much effort they put in. -Some MA's in internal medicine are very gossipy others were kind -Lead MA at the time was very moody and had a bad attitude

Management can be quite micromanaging at times, and the nurse-to-patient ratio is often too high to provide quality care without feeling burnt out
