      Pros

      Flex time, benefit and its a job. Good team. Could be better, they've taken out a lot of perks from when j remember. Not good at all

      Cons

      No raises, cultural company has "it's not my job, I don't care- I hear that all the time, and it is sad. Company can be on top if the owner shows appreciate and gratitude towards the employees.

      Great benefit offerings which are still competitive to the market, management focus's on employee development, and positive goal setting.

      Cons

      Detroit city taxes, resources for initial training and on-boarding can be limited. Advancement is not always a clear path, encourage networking and developing relationships for mentorship.
