      I encountered some very genuine counter parts

      Management was very racist against African Americans. Caucasians were transferred to other departments while African Americans are let go!

      Management encourages people to tattle on others and actually set up adversarial employee relationships. I worked in two depts where this was prevalent. Throwing you colleague under the bus is welcomed and encourage by management. .
