      Great atmosphere and work life balance. Great gym and cafeteria.

      Used & Abused - Cruel to Employees, Middle and site managers give the impression you are one step away from being axed.

      Pros

      Still have some health insurance. but the company store isn't so good to it own employees unless you are a doctor. Great frontine supervisor and co-worker only thing that keeps me here besides economy.

      Cons

      Poor wages, one increase in six years that didn't not cover increase in employee expense for benefits. Corporate culture used to be very good but current HR Administration has killed it.
