Phlebotomy comes to unit and does all admit hold draws, hospital transport, 4:1 ratio, 1hr 15 min of breaks for 12 hour shift, easy free parking,

Cons

No teamwork, still 4:1 with icu patients, bullying, racist/homophobic/transphobic comments at the nurses station, often no one tells you when someone new is placed in your open room

honestly no pros unless you line in santa clarita , then your commute is short.

Cons

low pay favoritism , and family reference over employee with seniority they make you work more than the job your hired for. i was a PCA and they tried to force me to learn how to register patients because they didn't want to hire more help.
