Some very nice and extremely nice people as co-workers

Cons

Some of the directors were more dictator types would not allow for advancement and continually changed rules per employee instead of overall.

Very friendly environment to work in. Nice, clean facility. It has a "small town" feel but highly qualified team of professionals. As an employee, I am treated fairly & have opportunities to use my skills, learn and grow. I have a sense of autonomy and my input matters.

Cons

In comparing past job experiences, I feel this is one of the best employers I have worked for. There are always day-to-day gripes in any job, but if you ask most people at HMNMH, they will tell you they have worked there between 5 and 30 years or longer! That says a lot.
