Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits are good, like what you'd expect at a larger company. The work-life balance is very good too. They have a paid parental leave program on top of NYS PFL.
Cons
The company moves very very slowly. If you want to make a big impact, accelerate your career, or move up quickly, this isn't the place for you. The systems are outdated and/or unsupported. IT is terrible, and that's probably he nicest way I can say it. Help desk is a lot better than they used to be though. Titles are very important here. Expect a 2-3% annual raise for a 4/5 or 5/5 review.
