Training with some of the best medical equipment manufacturers in the world.

Cons

Horrible culture that is run by salespeople and their commission based income. Many doctors that I worked with expected the work I did for them to be free as part of the "sales package" that they were promised when buying new equipment. Devalued by clients and co-workers and taken for granted. Not a good culture to work within.

Flexible, good benefits, unlimited paid time off, 401k match percentage is high, lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

No match until you're employed for a year, and it's only credited once a year causing TSMs to lose out on potential earnings on match money.

Henry Schein does right by their customers and their employees. The culture is colobarative and uplifting. I feel empowered to seek opportunities for growth within the company. I am constantly encouraged by my peers and the leadership team to challenge myself in my career journey.

Cons

While ideas and feedback are readily & openly received by the leadership team, implementation takes time to move into applicable change.
