      Cons

      Terrible management. Henry-Schein acquired this location and brought in new management but left in place the old manager team. There's a lack of alignment between the two groups and the old regime actively undermines the new Henry-Schein management as they don't want to see them succeed. Corporate HS leadership refuses to empower new leadership as they value tenure over performance.

After training you will feel like an expert in the field, it takes a lot of effort and dedication to learn but well worth it, if you stay in Dental the education provided will keep you ahead of your colleagues.

      Large goals, if you get behind it’s hard to catch up. You need to be ready to learn a ton of information and retain it to do well in this role. If you find learning and teaching is fun, it’s a great job.
