      Flexible working and some friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Poor and unsupported management, low morale, out of date systems, no progression. This company also works on if you face fits process, if you don’t fall into this category your time here will be hell

      - Market Leader - Belongs to industry where recession have low impact (i.e. Dental care)

      Cons

      - Too laidback - Slow progress - No career structure available i.e. mentor; career forecasting / trajectory as to where would I can see myself - Too many employees with more than 20 years servic - hence lack of innovation or new ideas - Not a company for young or millennials as the ethos are old school
