      Honest work for honest pay

      Pros

      Show up for work on time, complete your assigned work in a timely manner, get paid. Lots of opportunities for overtime pay. Holiday pay is available. Drive around on machines. New break room!! Management is constantly involved in keeping things interesting with holiday parties, annual training, and random activities.

      Cons

      The job can be monotonous at times. The beginning of the month is chaotic at times. Break room is nice but you have to go up some stairs.

      Overall outdated company. Extremely hard to put new projects in place. Low career advancement opportunities. Gives priority to seniority rather than meritocracy.
