      Technologically behind. playing a lot of catch up. Systems are challenging especially if you’re coming from a progressive company. diversity nonexistent in leadership yet we talk about inclusivity

      Good people for the most part. You can find a good mentor if you’re proactive. Leadership is as steady as they come.

      Cons

      Company moves slow and cowers to the sales team. We are behind in technology and systems. Some teams work in silos and refuse to think outside of their own group. Marketing and sales teams do not always comply with legal standards and are not penalized , it’s swept under the rug

      The finest working experience I've encountered, Henry Schein boasts a positive work environment, well-designed office spaces, a supportive manager, and cool, collaborative team members. The office radiates warmth, as everyone greets you with a friendly smile and a cheerful "good morning," fostering a sense of unity and connection even among unfamiliar faces.

      Cons

      The sole challenge I face is joining an already successful team, which requires me to put forth significant effort to prove my worth. Additionally, I must rapidly acquire extensive knowledge about dental implants to keep up with my accomplished colleagues.
