The company is kind of behind when its comes to technology, everyone keeps tons of papers at there desk, and the computer system is old. What drew me to the company was the fact that many of the employees have been there for a while, I shortly realized that wasn't a good thing. Many of the older employees are stuck in their ways and really don't like change. I've also experienced "Clicks" with some of the Product Managers and their management.

OLD way of thinking. They are slow to embrace change. There is not much room for salary growth. If you are going to move up here, you need to commit your life to this job.
