      I have great friends here and have had great bosses in the past

      The dental marketing team is falling apart. Our leadership does not care about us and we are all unhappy but afraid to say anything because nobody is approachable, nothing done here is within our overall culture that everybody talks about

      Its impossible for a current employee with several years experience in the industry and shining performance reviews for 6+ years to gain a salary worth the role their performing without quitting and reapplying at a later time.

      Great to be a part of team Schein.

      Cons

      A lot of change and hard to tell why sometimes. Leaders leave and it’s not talked about. Doesn’t look like we have a succession plan for the next generation. Not sure we are focused on the right things every day
