      Good Pay and vast exposure to different projects and type of work.

      Cons

      No bonuses. Slow progression through company. Employees concerns aren't often met with solutions.

      Standard company pay and benefits (not a pro really) Less micromanagement (manager-dependent) Strong support and resources for employees Exposure to diverse and large-scale projects Lots of responsibility to grow oneself

      Cons

      Takes at least 5 years to become eligible for stock options. Vertical movement is slow, and exceeding expectations doesn’t necessarily accelerate advancement. Promotions often seem to depend more on relationships with senior leadership than on performance alone.
