      Absolutely nothing is positive about this employer.

      Cons

      Do not work for this company. They sound amazing during the interview. They talk about how great your pay and benefits will be. They do not care about how much experience you have , they will talk you down. I made more money with my previous employer which I left to work for HP. You will be sent to the field to work 14-15 hrs a day every single day for the rest of your life. There is no such thing as work-life balance. All you will do is work. You will not have time for family or to have any fun outside of work. Fair warning… do not work here.

      Pros

      15% 401K Contribution regardless of personal contribution, Benefits promised but not seen until later in career.

      Cons

      Industry mindset is very counter productive. Demanding hours for below average compensation. Very stagnant and expanded career path with many "lateral" moves that demand a lot more with no compensation increase
