      Pros

      There is a reason the company has the lowest employee turnover rate in the industry. Employees stay longer than any other peer group. It truly felt like a family. I miss my HP days and coworkers.

      Yes, you work long hours and have to move; it is a tough business.

      Long term benefits pay off. Lots of responsibility early in career. Interesting, large projects. Employee owned.

      Cons

      People say work/life balance, but that's a struggle anywhere. If you get your work done, then you'll be fine drawing the line and going home when it's time.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hired on after successful completion of internship which yielded a vast knowledge of the industry. Company work path is that of one who must earn their right to advance. Company believes with hiring within the company. Company going through transition to better serve its employees and provide activities to boost moral. Co-workers are very knowledgeable and offer great advise and training to their employees.

      Cons

      Advancement in the company can take longer than expected. First 4-5 years of employment equate to a trial period where they can, or you can, leave the company and not get the benefits they praise about. Younger employees should be treated better to develop a mindset to stay with the company.
