I do not really have any negative things to say about this company.

Poor work/life balance. This is just the way it is at most construction firms. There's a lot to be done and not much time to do it all. HP has gotten so bogged down in processes that I feel like I spend most of my day working on a buggy Prolog or filling out forms and paperwork. I also personally haven't received much support from my project engineer and project manager. Everyone is busy, which is understandable, but being in a new role, you need someone to show you the ropes and teach you more than just having you do a video training on LMS. Many of my headaches have to do with the fact that my PM and PS are just difficult people to work with. No matter what I accomplish, they're never happy with it and there's always something I could have done better, faster, cheaper, etc. I don't think everyone is like this and if you get a team that's not, I'm sure it's a much better experience. Mine has been enough to make me want to find a different company.
