      Lots of hours, lots of learning, and great people!

      Pros

      The diverse projects you work on. You can be working on a $30M job to a $300M+ job. You can start in the field, office, or in estimating. Everyone is so helpful and make it comfortable to work. The training is remarkable here. As soon as you get into the mix of things, it seems like there is training opportunity that they encourage you to sign up for! It is so refreshing to see an employer willing to invest in its employees.

      Cons

      Hours, hours and more hours; and its not just you! The managers are there even longer and it trickles down. They are truly passionate about what they do, but some seem to live at work. Salary is not as competitive as other companies.

      Pros

      They are very accommodating to their employees and their needs. They believe that it is more important to take care of the employees so they will take care of their job.

      Cons

      From what I hear, there are sometimes long, unavoidable hours. I have heard different opinions on their family values but I don't have any experience of my own.

      Pros

      Very enjoyable work if you have a good boss. So far, I've had 2 out of 4 good bosses. I love working with the subcontractors and have made many friends. I never get bored and there is excellent learning possibilities and superior advancement opportunities. Probably best in the nation.

      Cons

      Long hours, short vacations, relocating to a new job every 2 years which makes a career for my wife impossible. Management plays favorites sometimes.
