In the past year alone, Hensel Phelps has made significant investments in new technology spanning safety, operations, HR, and VDC. These investments include advanced data analytics, business intelligence, and workflow automation. We are in the final stages of launching a new company-wide project management tool, releasing a new employee intranet that includes a great mobile experience, and making improvements to further leverage Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiencies and the lives of our employees. We also recently announced that we will be implementing a company-wide Human Resources Information System to further in enhance our people systems! In the past year, we have increased our technology team size by 15% to build, manage and pioneer additional technologies, with more investments in our technology team planned this year.
