Pros

Working w/ HP Construction in various sectors College, K-12, Healthcare, Aviation. Good people & co-workers. Usual accessories: Phone, Laptop & Tablet

Cons

There is HP Construction & HP Services. Both are different, I speak for HP Services only. HP Services Benefits are bad compare to HP Construction. No yearly bonus, Only manager level & above No COLA (Base Salary includes "COLA" + competitive wages,) Office Engineers (HPC) used too or still earn more than FSA I & II. Favoritism gets you promoted (typical in this industry) 40+hours work week Short noticed on which project you will be going next Standard 3 to 4 per cent increase
