Pros
There are tons of new challenges we have and see coming down the road! It seems we are involved in everything! No better time to have fun and enjoy your work, and can see where we are headed in the future!
Cons
We have a number of people in our department and in the company quite frankly, who do not know how great it is to work here. The con is having to listen to these people you will never make happy no matter what you do. Makes it tough sometimes to be in the office and not want to yell "wake up!" to those folks. there should be some accountability for bring everyone else down.
