      close with coworkers because shared trauma

      Cons

      0 work life balance. 12 hours a day mon-sat so expect that. And honestly there are some really good managers in this company that maybe would have made this experience slightly better but if you get a crappy one you're SOL

      Strong benefits but long hours and delayed vesting

      Pros

      Very good benefits package that contributes 15% of your income to a retirement fund with zero vesting required from the employee.

      Cons

      You will work a minimum of 50 hours a week and up to 65 hours fully on a salary. Company vesting is not awarded until after a full year of employment, and you will not receive the full vesting if you leave before six years of employment.

      Great pay and benefits, but no work-life balance

      Pros

      Great benefits and free health care Really good pay You will learn so much in such a short amount of time Promotions are every 2/3 years Employee ownership at year 5

      Cons

      You will not have a work life balance at all You will basically work 12+ hours a day and sometimes wont even have a weekend There were several times where I worked a 16+ hour shift If you ask to be transferred to a different site, they more than likely won't send you. You will be treated like you are a robot with no life and will be burnt out quick
