Pros

Great energy and a positive culture. The company’s mission helps keep things in perspective everyday and is a constant motivator. The team works well together and there aren’t any egos.

Cons

I’ve been with the company since October 2025 and I haven’t experienced any negatives to this point.

Flexible work schedule. Approachable lead team. Incredible mission.

Cons

Poor onboarding. Corners frequently cut. Lots of boundary overstepping with regards to roles/responsibilities. Self-serving atmosphere where people “getting ahead” are singularly-focused, out for themselves, or part of the inner circle (which is slightly nepotistic). Lack of organizational structure and leadership. Constant state of reaction—drinking from a fire hose and dealing with angry host sites/hotels and clients on a super regular basis. Undercutting culture.
