      Company goes through ups and downs like most but overall positive. Not the best with work/life balance.

      Great work-life balance (depending on which GBU/function). Good insurance and health coverage across the board.

      Cons

      Poor work collaboration culture. Extremely top down management centric. Zero structure for apprenticeship/fresh graduates.

      Brand new corporate headquarters and R&D and product engineering facility

      Cons

      In lock step with steel making industry - if they go down, we also go down - if they go up, we go up... But the other business units of Heraeus holdings balance things out.
