      For the most part people here are A+. Majority of them have a real interest in improving overall job experience.

      Cons

      Transitioning from small business (formerly Minco) to large multi-national (Heraeus). Transition seems to move at a crawl. Also, there's an institutional mindset. Knee-jerk reaction to any problem is to add more layers, more paperwork, and more people into the flow chart.
