      Pros

      They have a lot of different competencies and interesting industries they are involved in. You will find some very experienced and skilled people to learn from.

      Cons

      Leadership Team & Management in Germany is very disconnected from ROW GBUs. Leadership team made several poor hires and awful strategic decisions during my tenure. Plus very short sighted and reactionary which led to demotivating the employee base. Classic "Innovation Theatre" type mentality which is unfortunate because there was a lot of potential.

      Pros

      This is one of the best working environments I'v experienced. Coordination between departments is above average and improving every month and company moral is high. The work itself is interesting and provides enough project scope to see the end consumer project, which feels rewarding.

      Cons

      Dubious corporate decisions cause moral to plummet from time to time. And though there is growth within the company, the pay doesn't match for the first few years. Covid response was also poor.
