      Pros

      Heraeus cares about its employees. Even if a department is re-organized or dissolved, people are taken care of, and all opportunities are provided to allow them to continue working for Heraeus. This is evident by how common it is to find people that have been for Heraeus for more than three decades.

      Cons

      Usual disadvantages that come with the bureaucracy of a company of this size. Process heavy and not as flexible as a smaller company might be. Nothing that would not be the same with any other organization of this size.
