      Surrounded by a great team that exhibits a comradery you don't find in most work places. Opportunity for progression and growth is plentiful.

      Cons

      Nature of the business is fast paced and if you can't think on your feet, it will be stressful.

      Senior management and culture are toxic

      Pros

      Most of the people are great. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      Toxic culture and work environment. Senior Management makes empty promises. Favoritism shown by all managers. Leadership meetings promote negativity and criticism of fellow employees. Large turnover due to treatment.
