Currently Herc Rentals is the world's 3rd largest construction rental company and in its first full year as an independently owned corporation. There's a ton of growth opportunity for ambitious individuals, and the company's culture, tenure of leaders, and innovation makes it a company on the rise.
Cons
Being in it's first full year as an independent corporation involves a lot of trial and error as well as trial and wins. Learning what works and what doesn't can be a challenge, but overall this challenge is minor in the grand scheme of things.
