      The IT team is a great team to work with. Everyone is helpful and nice. There is plenty of work and variety of services to learn.

      It is a fast paced environment that requires you to prioritize, communicate and have good time management skills.

      Cons

      Management is very poor Don't empower staff to do their jobs. Play favorites in every department. Heavily dependent on consultants in all areas. Prefer highly paid consultants to permanent staff. Loosing lots of money with outsourcing
