Pay, Benefits, Stepping Stone, Co-Workers

Cons

Toxic environment, terrible upper management. Honest enough to get by, but if it isn't in writing, don't expect it to happen. This company cannot figure out who they want to be yet. Constant change in leadership. They proudly proclaim that they are the best, but if you take a look at their earnings, they are not.

Pros

The one thing I will say is the people were nice and welcoming.

Cons

I worked at Herc Rentals for about 2 months. The onboarding was a nightmare, I didn't have my equipment for 2 weeks after I started, and the team was non-existent. I found another job with a company that valued my experience and was ready for me to start on day one.

Great company with excellent opportunity. High internal promotion rate, great benefits, excellent senior management , family oriented and good communication.
