      Pros

      Have some great people working there and can be a fun work environment, at times.

      Cons

      No proper CRM. Capped commissions/bonus, half of which is tied to selling different types of machinery to completely different industries. Basically they expect you to do a second job that is paid 100% by commission only but only after you sell a couple million dollars of machinery first every year.

      - Festanstellung - pünktliche Gehaltszahlung - prozessbegleitende Konstruktion (Konstruktion, Fertigung und Montage an einem Standort) - große Eigenverantwortung - solide technische Ausstattung (Arbeitsplatz)

      Cons

      - schlechte Einarbeitung (ungeplant, unvorbereitet). Es muss alles per Eigeninitiative erlernt/recherchiert/erfragt werden. Kein Einarbeitungsplan. - verbesserungsfähiges Datenmanagement - keine Weiterbildungsangebote - =keine Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten - keine Förderung von Stärken/Skills/Interessen bzw. kein Ausblick auf Umsetzung von Weiterbildungen trotz Eigeninitiative - wenig Wertschätzung (finanziell) - keine transparente Struktur z.B. für Verbesserungsvorschläge - schlechter Informationsfluss bzw. keine Übersicht über Verantwortlichkeiten - unflexibles Arbeitszeitmodell/ keine Möglichkeit auf Home Office !Auch während der Covid-Pandemie - unterbesetztes Konstruktions-Team
