Pros

You learn how to pronounce the brand name properly, haha. Coworkers were really great for the most part and managers were really communicative. You can learn how to work with multiple managerial styles.

Cons

Retail is retail and the demeanor of difficult clients can be rough during a long day. Some staff members may be favored by higher-ups over others. You have to fight for promotion if you want to move up.
