Warm friendly and no hierarchy ... directors are accessible and supportive. Full of initiatives and constantly looking to grow and evolve and take people on that journey

Cons

Some senior leaders are operating at levels down which is confusing

Fast paced and dynamic organisation with a genuine drive to be the best parcel delivery company for our current and future clients. Competitive salaries and benefits at a senior level and strides being made to reflect this at all levels.

Cons

Better focus needed on long term strategy as dynamic approach can lead to pressure to deliver too much change in a short period of time. This can lead to higher churn as pressure mounts.
