      Great company to work for. They look for people that better the company and themselves and not get worst or fall behind.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, great and friendly staff and management to get along with, learned a new position that I have never done before.

      Cons

      Very fast and high paced, mistakes and mishaps are unacceptable, attendance is KEY. Knowing that I was learning the new position during my 3 month probation even with a few mistakes here and there, I felt like I wasn't given a chance or second chance to prove myself to them that we all make mistakes and that I would have learned and got better from it.
